Kity Builder (Prototype)

Kity Builder is a city-building prototype that invites you to explore an enchanting island and help Kity create a metropolis. The blueprints needed to build new urban structures have gone missing, so exploring the island and recovering them is an important part of getting started. You can also personalize the city as you prefer, switching between exploration and construction modes as you play.

What to Expect in Kity Builder

This prototype combines island exploration with hands-on city construction. As you move around the environment, keep an eye out for the missing blueprints. Finding them helps Kity begin work on new structures and gives your exploration a clear purpose. Once you are ready to build, use the construction mode to shape the city according to your preferences.

Because this is a prototype, the experience presented here is a preview of the game rather than a description of every feature a full version might include. Focus on the available exploration and building activities, and use the mode switch to move between them when needed.

How to Play Kity Builder

Use the keyboard and mouse to move Kity, look around, and interact with the inventory. The controls are:

  • WASD: Move Kity.
  • Mouse: Rotate the camera.
  • Space: Jump or use an inventory item.
  • Shift: Switch between Exploration and Construction modes.
  • P: Enter Photo Mode.
  • Left-click: Use an inventory item or capture a photo.
  • Mouse wheel: Browse the inventory up or down.

A useful starting approach is to explore first and check the inventory as you go. If an item is available, select it with the mouse wheel and use it with Space or left-click, depending on the action. When you want to focus on building, press Shift to change modes.

Pointer and Camera Tips

If the pointer is not staying within the game, click outside the game boundary and then click inside it again. This can help restore pointer control. To look around while exploring, move the mouse to rotate the camera; take a moment to reorient yourself before continuing if the view becomes difficult to follow.

Photo Mode is available with the P key, and left-click captures a photo. It can be useful for framing a view of the island or your developing city. Remember that the same left-click can also use an inventory item, so check which mode or action is active before clicking.

Final Thoughts on Kity Builder

Kity Builder offers a straightforward starting point for exploring an island, looking for blueprints, and arranging a city. For the best start, explore carefully, keep track of available items, and switch to building mode when you are ready to shape the metropolis.
